  • What designers do you stock?
    We stock designers that are all based in the UK; Kelsey Rose, Nieve Couture, Freda Bennet and Ellis Bridals. We also stock accessories from Nieve Couture Accessories, The Bobby Pin, Tulle & Flo Veils. As well as bridal shoes from The Perfect Bridal Company .
  • What is your price range?
    Our dresses start from £900. With every designer we have the prices vary. Kelsey Rose are all under £1200 Ellis Bridals start from £1547 Nieve Couture from £900 Freda Bennet from £1400
  • Do you offer alterations?
    Our boutique is open to seamstress appointments every Wednesday for our brides to attend in store fittings with seamstresses Nikki & Tracy. With over 25 years of experience in the bridal industry. As professional seamstresses and gown technicians they have altered many hundreds if not thousands of bridal, bridesmaid and flower-girl dresses. After you have found your wedding dress we will send you a Vicki's Bride Handbook with everything you need to know. We have listed our recommended seamstresses for you to contact and arrange fittings with.
  • What do I need to bring to my appointment?
    Just yourselves, underwear must be worn when trying on our dresses, we recommend wearing nude/plain during your fittings and a strapless bra. Most of our dresses have built in cups and structure and we recommend trying on dresses without a bra but it is personal preference.
  • Do I have to book an appointment to visit your store?
    Walk-in appointments are welcome subject to availability. We recommend booking an appointment to avoid disappointment, so you are able to have the full experience of looking for your dream dress. Appointments are run on a 1-1 basis so you get the whole boutique to yourself. You can book an appointment here all contact us on or 01508 766083
  • How long do appointments last?
    Appointments are typically 90minutes long.
  • When should I start searching for my dress?
    All of our dresses are made to order and take between 12-16 weeks to arrive. To allow yourself enough time to find "the one" and have any alterations, we recommend starting your search at least 12 months before your big day. We do offer "off the rack" gowns and two of our designers offer rush cuts at an additional charge.
  • What sizes do you stock?
    Our samples range from a size 10 to a size 20 but all of our dresses can be ordered in all sizes.
  • Do you offer late night appointments?
    We offer appointments until 18:30pm on Wednesdays only. If you would like to know more about late night appointments please email or book an appointment online.
  • Who can I bring with me to my appointment?
    It is so important to have the people that mean the most to you experience this special time with you. We recommend bringing people who’s opinion you truly value. Being a small boutique we can comfortably seat 4 guests. Children are welcome in the boutique, we just ask that they do not touch any of the dresses, remain seated where possible and food is kept away.
  • Do you open Sundays?
    Yes! Sunday appointments are available and require a £20 non-refundable charge which can be paid at the time of booking.
  • Do you stock bridesmaids?
    Yes we do! We are proud stockists of British bridesmaid brand Jacqueline Louise Bridal. Designers of the beautiful and very versatile multiway wrap bridesmaid dresses. Available in sizes junior to plus size. Classic, Tulle & Satin and a range of colours. View our range here.
